What's Cookin' in the Kitchen {Link Party}

Wow, another Friday is here. I hope everyone had a productive week in the kitchen. With me being out of town for work last week and then catching the flu I am slowly easing back into the kitchen. No new recipes this week, but thankfully I save leftovers and freeze them. We had a few slices of my favorite Italian Style Meatloaf this week along with a hearty serving of Ropa Vieja! I also whipped up a hearty and quick Tuscan Chicken and White Beans and with some leftover rotisserie chicken I made a small pot of Chicken and White Bean Chili! I always miss being in the kitchen after a few days away from home, and then to be sick on top of it. Forget it! My husband was a champ and only complained a few times... I told him he was in training and needed to learn how to make a few basic items since I'll be traveling more in the coming months. Plus he took really good care of me when I was sick!

I can't wait to see what everyone has been cooking up since I haven't done much of it myself this past week!
