Blazy's Pepperoni Studded Lasagna from The Hunger Extinguisher

mmmm. I love pepperoni! I need to make this asap! Best part is that I have quite a bit of ricotta in my fridge! I think I know how I will be using the rest of my ricotta! :)

Lemon Cranberry Bread from Sweet As Sugar Cookies

This bread sounds awesome! My in-laws have a lemon tree in their backyard. I think I need to go pick some lemons, so I can give this bread a try!

I actually just got the Hello Cupcake! and What's New Cupcake cookbooks and saw this in their! I can't wait to give these a try!

LOVE these cupcakes as well! Next year if I have more time I want to make April Fools Day Cupcakes!

Slow-Cooker Thai Style Pork from Mostly Food and Crafts
