Today's Fun Fact: (many) years ago today, my mother went into FALSE labor with me! My dad and her were stationed in Panama in Central America and my mother had to be flown via helicopter to the hospital... after a few hours the doctors sent her home, and exactly a week later I was brought into this crazy world! That's not an April's Fool's Day story... well, it is an April Fool's Day story, but a true one at that!
Ok, so here are some of my favorite recipes from last week! *If you are featured please make sure you grab a featured button and proudly display it on your blog.
Chicken Tortilla Soup from Hezzi-D's Books and Cooks

LOVE me some chicken tortilla soup! I've never made mine with rotel, and I love rotel--it's so versatile. I'm all over this recipe! Thanks for sharing
Caramel Macchiato Cheesecake from Cook with Sara

Ok, so when I'm traveling (for work) I drink at least one to two caramel macchiato's a day! Yes, I realize I probably consume my daily allotment of calories in just two drinks, but they are so good! I adore cheesecake and because of this I'm beyond intrigued... I'm planning on making a cheesecake for myself for my birthday (is that strange), but I think the next cheesecake on my list to make will be this one!
Mango Mint Sherbet from Cooking is Easy

I love mango and I love mint! Ahh, match made in heaven. I can't wait to give this a try.
Chicken Mole in the Slow-Cooker from Mostly Food and Crafts

Like most busy people, I'm always looking for a new (and fabulous) crock pot recipe! I think this has officially made my list for next week's menu!
Creamy Chocolate Puffs from Bizzy B. Bakes

I'm intrigued altogether by this recipe. This is pure genius. Cream Cheese + Puff Pastry... a total match made in heaven. I can't wait to try this and start getting creative with my own puff pastry creations!
